She has a track record of over 18 years consulting and facilitation experience in developing leaders, teams and executives at all levels for both public and private sector clients. Her expertise in psychology, psychometrics and coaching enables her clients to release their core potential and maximise impact.

Natasha particularly enjoys facilitating teams to come together, forming a connection that motivates and energises everyone to achieve their collective potential whilst maximising individual capability.
