Faiza is passionate about working with leaders and organisations during times of transition to learn fast, challenge outdated assumptions and lead dynamically. She has a deep commitment to enabling people to live authentically and use their difference to make a positive contribution to the world around them. She lives her values of inclusivity through working as a therapist and hosting refugees. Faiza is a mum of four children and loves the chance to express her creativity.

Faiza is a Chartered Business Psychologist, facilitator and executive coach. Her grounded and commercial approach is built upon over twenty years of supporting leaders to build high-performing adaptive cultures. Her commercial and holistic approach is driven by a belief that when all parts of a system are included, the whole organisation and the eco-system of which it is part can flourish. She is known for her astute insight, direct feedback and facilitation of robust dialogue, particularly when working with political, cultural or emotional sensitivities. Faiza is particularly passionate about supporting women and those from historically marginalised groups.
