Claire brings diversity of thought and experience, wonderful vitality and a great sense of humour. Her warmth and compassion help her clients quickly feel safe, enabling them to bring their whole selves to the work they’re doing together.

Summary

Claire works in the UK and internationally as an executive coach, supervisor and development consultant. She spent 12 years working full-time for Deloitte, where she led the coaching and leadership development agenda. Her responsibilities there included C-suite succession and transition, executive team development and development journeys for those leading leaders across the business. Outside of Deloitte, her clients have included Novartis and other life sciences firms, the UK’s NHS, the education sector, Harlequins and Saracens Rugby Football Clubs, professional athletes and The Carers Trust.

She enjoys pushing the boundaries of coaching in all its forms to keep people at their leading edge help them deliver the best for their people, clients and the wider stakeholder groups. She is deeply committed to the coaching profession as a whole. She is a previous Chair of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council in the UK and has contributed to books on the subject. Examples include the CIPD’s Building and Sustaining a Coaching Culture and Routledge’s 101 Supervision Techniques, Approaches Enquiries and Experiments. She’s also a qualified yoga teacher, which feeds her centred, holistic approach to her work.
