Angelina has a reputation for bringing leading edge thinking to her work and, having experience in a broad range of methods, can quickly tailor her approach to best suit the client’s needs. Clients and colleagues find her approachable and trustworthy, which helps them to build rapport quickly and feel safe sharing their experiences both individually and with groups. A regular speaker at personality and coaching conferences world-wide, Angelina is continuously developing new ideas and expanding on existing knowledge of personality theory and its applications to coaching and team dynamics. She is the author of The Shadows of Type and a contributor to several other personality and coaching publications.
